Right of Withdrawal

You have the right of withdrawal for fourteen days without giving any reason.

The Right of Withdrawal lasts for fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. In addition, custom-made products, such as Mix & Master or Custom Chains, are excluded from the Right of Withdrawal.

Digital products are also excluded from the Right of Withdrawal, as it is not possible to verify that the customer has returned the product in full to the store operator.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (TEMPL8, Berliner Straße 36, 15345 Altlandsberg, Germany, Phone number: 0151 56058658, email address: templ8.store@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to Withdraw from Contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of the Right of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the Contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your Right of Withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
